Wholesale Printables – Local Delivery Terms & Conditions (effective June 27, 2025 and subject to change without notice)

This page summarizes the details for the 

1. Service Area & Schedule

   • Deliveries run Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. within the city limits of Baton Rouge and Denham Springs.

   • Additional cities may be added at WP’s sole discretion.

   • Holiday exceptions: No service on business–observed holidays (see WP website). Severe weather or other force-majeure events may delay or suspend service.

2. Order Eligibility & Cut-off

   • Orders fully submitted and paid by 4:30 p.m. the previous business day are scheduled for the next available delivery day.

   • Deliveries apply only to in-stock WP apparel items shipping from the WP warehouse; third-party or COD parcels are not accepted.

3. Rates

   • Standard Delivery Fee: $30 per stop.

   • Fee waived for (a) individual orders ≥ $500 or (b) customers whose prior-month WP purchases exceeded $5,000.

   • Early-AM option: Delivery by 9 a.m. may be requested for an additional $30 surcharge per stop; surcharge applies even when the base fee is waived and is due at the time of invoicing. All Early-AM requests are subject to WP confirmation.

4. Address Requirements

   • Service is limited to valid street addresses within the stated city limits. No P.O. boxes, construction sites, or addresses requiring special access not disclosed at ordering. WP may decline or cancel delivery if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

5. Proof of Delivery & Responsibility

   • A recipient signature is required at delivery; drivers will not leave packages unattended.

   • Any person signing at the delivery address is deemed authorized, and liability transfers upon signature.

   • If no authorized signer is present, the order will return to WP and be rescheduled for the next delivery day with a $10 re-delivery surcharge.

6. Damages, Shortages, & Liability Cap

   • Inspect shipments promptly. Report any shortages or visible damage within five (5) business days of delivery; otherwise the order is considered accepted.

   • WP’s maximum liability for any delivery failure, loss, or damage is strictly limited to replacement or refund of the invoiced cost of the apparel in question—no consequential or indirect damages.

7. Changes & Updates

   • WP may revise service areas, schedules, rates, or these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version posted on the WP website governs.
